Supafone for recruiters

Screen more candidates and write nothing down.

Supafone writes up every screen, coaches you when a candidate pushes on comp, and lets Claude find the right people from your calls.

Example

“I do twelve phone screens a day. Supafone writes the notes, and I search them when the hiring manager asks.”

A dozen phone screens a day, and salary, notice period and why they’re leaving end up in three places.

Here is how Supafone helps.

Call notes

Every screen, written up

Current role, salary expectations, notice period and why they’re looking, from every call, searchable when the hiring manager asks.

Live coach

Close the candidate

When the candidate hesitates on the offer, the coach suggests the next question while they’re still talking.

More on Live coach

Live call with Dana Reyes, transcribing.

Dana: The demo was great. Honestly though, it is more than we budgeted.

Coach, price objection spotted. Suggested reply: Totally fair. How many hours a week go into the spreadsheets? Then compare that cost to the plan. Why: Price with nothing to compare it to. Anchor it to the hours they lose today.

You: Totally fair. How many hours a week go into the spreadsheets?

Dana: Probably ten, between me and Jess.
