FAQ
Billing questions, answered.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Manage billing whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to Free.
Who bills me?
Plans bought on this page are billed by Stripe, our payment processor. Supafone never sees your full card number. Your receipts and invoices are in Manage billing.
Does it work with my iPhone account?
Yes. Upgrade from Plans in the Supafone app and you arrive here already linked to your account. Buying here directly? Use the email you sign in to the app with and your plan appears the next time you open Supafone. If you hid your email with Sign in with Apple, start from the app instead.
What about refunds?
Plans renew until you cancel, and canceling stops the next charge. If you were charged by mistake or something is not working, email feedback@supafone.ai and we will sort it out.
What happens when I use my 30 free minutes?
Calls still ring through as usual. The live coach and captions pause until the next month starts or you upgrade to Supafone+ for unlimited live transcription and coaching.
How does Team billing work?
Team is priced per seat, with a two-seat minimum. Pick the number of seats at checkout and change it later from Manage billing. Every seat gets everything in Supafone+.
