Let it chase the third parties

Have your agent call the appraiser or title company for a status. It calls from your number, gets through the menu and waits on hold.

More on AI agent

You ask Supafone: Call the appraiser, the title company and the HOA for a status on 412 Cedar Lane. Supafone calls the appraiser, the title company and the HOA at once from your number. The appraiser says the appraisal came in at the contract price and the report goes out today. The title company answers with a phone menu; Supafone waits on hold and hears the commitment will be ready Thursday. The HOA office does not answer. You can listen in or take over any call.

FAQ

Questions from mortgage brokers and loan officers.

Are my client calls private?

Supafone is private by design: your data is never sold, there are no ads or ad trackers, and Supafone doesn’t train AI models on your calls. Only you can sign in to your account, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can keep any client off the recording with the never-record list. Calls are processed in the cloud by the providers listed in the app, so it is not end-to-end encrypted. Check your own rules before using it with clients.

Does Supafone give financial, legal or compliance advice?

No. Supafone writes your notes and suggests what to say on your calls. Check your own rules on recording and record keeping before you use it with clients.

Can it call businesses for me?

Yes, with Supafone+ ($29/mo). Tell it who to call and what to get done. It calls from your number, several at once if you want to compare, gets through phone menus, waits on hold, and comes back with the answer. You can listen in or take over any call.

How does it work with Claude and Codex?

With Supafone+, you connect Supafone to Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex or any MCP client with a key from the app. Then ask about any call in plain English, and it answers from your transcripts and notes.
