Questions from financial advisors.

Are my client calls private?

Supafone is private by design: your data is never sold, there are no ads or ad trackers, and Supafone doesn’t train AI models on your calls. Only you can sign in to your account, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can keep any client off the recording with the never-record list. Calls are processed in the cloud by the providers listed in the app, so it is not end-to-end encrypted. Check your own rules before using it with clients.

Does Supafone give financial, legal or compliance advice?

No. Supafone writes your notes and suggests what to say on your calls. Check your own rules on recording and record keeping before you use it with clients.

Does Supafone record my calls?

By default, Supafone records and transcribes your calls so it can coach you and write your notes, and a Transcribing badge shows on every live call. You can stop recording any call with one tap, or put anyone on a never-record list so no audio of their calls is kept. Listening back, downloading and sharing recordings come with Supafone+. Supafone gives a recording notice where the law requires one.

How does it work with Claude and Codex?

With Supafone+, you connect Supafone to Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex or any MCP client with a key from the app. Then ask about any call in plain English, and it answers from your transcripts and notes.
