Agentic Soft Dialer & CRMAvailable

The first agentic-native CRM and soft dialer.

Call from the browser, let the AI work your list, and watch the intake form fill itself in while the caller talks. Every call lands on the right record and every lead is filed by what happened on it, so your team spends the day on conversations instead of typing.

The Supafone CRM prospect grid, filtered to the Harbor Fund II deal: 214 prospects.

Sam's 6 minute call with Dana Reyes at Lakeview Dental ends. Supafone matches the number, (555) 010-2231, to her record.

Her stage moves from Not called to Called, and her record opens on the Activity tab.

The call is there with its recording and summary: Dana runs three offices and wants to move intake off paper. She asked for pricing on 12 seats before her partners meet on Thursday.

A task is added: send pricing for 12 seats, due Thursday. Next step, dated Thursday, November 6: Call Dana after the partners meet.

1Dial

Soft dialer · live coach

A full dialer in a browser tab.

No desk phones, no hardware, nothing to install. Reps call one-to-one from the record over browser audio. Captions run as they talk, the team script fills in who they are calling, and the live coach spots the objection and suggests what to say.

Sam calls Dana Reyes at Lakeview Dental from the browser dialer in the CRM.

The Scripts tab fills in the team opener: Hi Dana, this is Sam from Supafone. I work with practices like Lakeview Dental on getting call notes into the CRM without typing.

Sam: Hi Dana, this is Sam from Supafone. Did I catch you at an okay time?

Dana: Sure. Honestly though, we already use another dialer.

The live coach spots an objection, current vendor, and suggests a reply: Most teams keep their dialer at first. Ask what happens to the notes after each call.

Sam: Makes sense. What happens to the notes after each call today?

Dana: The reps type them into the CRM. When they remember.

  • Browser audioCalls run in the tab. Nothing to install or plug in.
  • Local presenceCaller ID that matches the prospect’s area code.
  • Your carrier or oursSupafone Twilio, your own Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo or a SIP trunk.
  • A coach only you seeCaptions, objections and a suggested reply, live.

Team scripts fill in {first_name}, {company} and {rep_name} for every call, so nobody reads a template out loud.

AI dialer hopper

Let the AI dial. Take the ones who answer.

Point the Supafone AI at a list and it calls through it for you, each call from a local number. Voicemails and no-answers roll on to the next prospect. When someone picks up and wants to talk, it hands them to a rep, live.

The Supafone AI hopper calls through the Harbor Fund II list, one prospect after the next.

Each call goes out from a local number that matches the prospect's area code: a 512 number for Austin, 214 for Dallas, 303 for Denver.

Grace Okafor goes to voicemail. Ben Carter doesn't answer.

Elena Ruiz picks up. The AI says: Hi Elena, I’m calling for Sam about your freight quotes. Is now an okay time? Elena says: Sure, we’re actually shopping lanes this month. The AI live-transfers her to Sam, and Sam is on the call with Elena. The call goes on her record.

  • Works the list for youThe Supafone AI calls one prospect after the next.
  • Skips the dead airVoicemail and no answer roll on to the next.
  • Live transferSomeone wants to talk? They go straight to a rep.
  • Local caller IDA number that matches the prospect’s area code.

Local presence · carriers

Local numbers that stay healthy.

Group numbers into pools by region and Supafone rotates to one that matches the prospect’s area code. When a number’s answer rate drops below 8% over its last 50 dials, it rests for 48 hours. Use our carrier or bring your own.

Carrier: Supafone Twilio. The other choices are your own Twilio account, Telnyx, Plivo or any SIP trunk.

The Austin pool has four 512 numbers. Each dial rotates to the next one.

(512) 555-0193's answer rate drops below 8% over its last 50 dials, to 7.6%, so it rests for 48 hours and the pool skips it.

2Intake

Auto form fill

The intake form fills itself in while they talk.

Open your intake form on the call, or let Supafone suggest one from what the caller says. Each answer lands in its field with the words it came from, the case type is routed for you, and when the call ends the lead is already filed. One click sends the reviewed form to your CRM, and only once.

Maria Lopez calls Harper & Cole, a personal-injury firm. The rep has the Personal injury intake form open.

Rep: Thanks for calling Harper & Cole. Who am I speaking with?

Maria: This is Maria Lopez. I was rear-ended last Friday on I-35.

Rep: I’m sorry to hear that. Were you hurt?

Maria: My neck and back. I went to urgent care the next morning.

Rep: Have you talked to another lawyer about it?

Maria: No, you’re the first firm I’ve called.

As she talks, the form fills itself in and each field is tagged Live: Full name, Maria Lopez, from “This is Maria Lopez”; Date of accident, Fri, Oct 23, 2026, from “last Friday”; Where it happened, I-35, from “on I-35”; Injuries, Neck and back, from “My neck and back”; Medical treatment, Urgent care, next morning, from “urgent care the next morning”; Already has a lawyer, No, from “you’re the first firm I’ve called”. The case type is routed to Auto accident at 94%.

The rep corrects Where it happened to I-35, Austin, and that field is tagged Edited.

After the call a careful pass checks the whole call and the other fields are tagged AI. 6 of 6 answered. The call is filed as Moving forward, qualified. The rep sends the form to the CRM once.

  1. 1While you talkA quick pass fills each field from the last few sentences. Tagged Live.
  2. 2After you hang upA careful pass reads the whole call and checks every field. Tagged AI.
  3. 3When you correct itType over anything. Your edit is tagged Edited and never overwritten.
  • Upload a PDF, Word or JSON form, or paste one question per line
  • Suggests the form and the case type as the caller explains
  • Text, dates, phone, email, yes or no and pick-lists
  • Sends to your CRM once, even if someone clicks twice

Intake center

Every lead, from the first call to signed.

New leads get a call within a minute, day or night. After every call Supafone files the lead by what happened on it: Moving forward, Docs sent, Returned, Retained, Callback scheduled or Not qualified. The intake center shows the whole funnel, your intake rate and what the pipeline is worth, and a status a person sets always wins over the AI.

The intake center for Harper & Cole, today. 40 new leads, 16 intakes completed: an intake rate of 40.0% and a potential new-case value of $400,000 at an assumed $10,000 a case.

Lead buckets: Not contacted 9, Moving forward 8, Docs sent 5, Returned 3, Retained 6; plus Callback scheduled 3, Not qualified 4, Unreachable 2.

Jamie Ortiz fills in the web form about a truck accident. The AI calls back 36 seconds later. After the call Jamie is filed as Moving forward, then Docs sent when the agreement goes out, then Retained.

The intake rate moves to 41.5% and the potential value to $410,000.

  • Speed to leadA lead email from your web form or ad source gets an AI call as soon as it lands, 24/7 if you want.
  • Filed after every callThe status comes from the conversation, with a reason when they don’t qualify.
  • Shift queuesMy intakes, Callbacks scheduled, Documents sent and Unassigned.
  • Intake rate and valueCompleted intakes over new leads, and leads times your average case value.

Intake scripts

The script and the form, in one list.

Each script line sits on top of the field it asks for, so the rep sees what to say and what is left. Answered lines tick off on their own, and the live coach keeps a short list of what is still needed. No script yet? Supafone writes one from the form’s questions.

  • Lines tied to fields, with 4 of 6 answered at a glance
  • A still-needed list from the live coach
  • Web chat runs intake as a question tree, with follow-ups that only appear when an answer calls for them
  • Describe the intake in plain English and get a first draft

The script for the Personal injury intake. Each line sits on top of the field it asks for.

Who am I speaking with? Field: Full name. Answered: Maria Lopez.

When did the accident happen? Field: Date of accident. Answered: Fri, Oct 23.

Were you hurt? Field: Injured. Answered: Yes.

Did you see a doctor? Field: Medical treatment. Answered: Urgent care, next morning.

Have you talked to another lawyer? Field: Already has a lawyer. Answered: No.

Do you have the other driver’s insurance? Field: Other driver’s insurer. Not answered yet.

5 of 6 answered. The live coach lists what is still needed: the other driver’s insurance.

E-sign · agreements

Get it signed while they are still on the line.

When an intake passes your rules, Supafone texts the agreement during the call, stays with the caller while they sign and checks that it really is signed. Then it offers a transfer to your attorney or closer. If they leave without signing, the follow-up keeps going by call and text until it is signed or they ask to stop.

  • Rules in plain English, each turned into a question the agent asks
  • The agreement goes out only when every rule passes
  • Tap to sign on any phone, with E-SIGN consent
  • A signature stops the follow-ups on its own

Agreement rules for this intake, all must pass: Accident in the last two years, Not represented by another firm, Saw a doctor for the injury. All three pass, so the agreement is included.

It goes to Jamie by text while the call is still going. Jamie opens it and signs it with a finger.

Signing is confirmed, the follow-ups stop on their own, and the call is transferred to an attorney.

3Team

Fills itself in

Hang up. The record is already done.

Every Supafone call attaches to the prospect with the matching phone number, compared on the last 10 digits so formatting never gets in the way. The stage moves from Not called to Called, and the call shows in the activity with its recording and summary.

  • Recording and summary on every call
  • Notes and tasks on the same record
  • A dated next step, so no lead goes cold

A 4 minute 12 second call with +1 (555) 014-7781 ends.

Supafone compares the last 10 digits, 5550147781, with the record saved as 555.014.7781, and attaches the call to Marcus Hale at Northline Freight.

His stage moves from Not called to Called. The call shows in his activity with the recording and a summary: Ships about 40 loads a week out of Dallas and is unhappy with spot rates. Wants a quote on two lanes.

A task is added: send the two-lane quote, due Wednesday. A note: Marcus decides, the CFO signs.

Next step, Friday November 7: Walk Marcus through the two-lane quote.

Import · round robin

Drop in a spreadsheet. Deal it out.

Import a CSV or Excel file and check the header mapping before anything is saved. Rows that match a prospect you already have are skipped or updated, your call. Then select them and round-robin them across the team. Reps see their own prospects plus the deals they were given.

  • CSV and XLSX, with a mapping preview
  • Duplicates skipped or updated
  • Assign, round robin, set stage or add to a deal in bulk
  • Delete asks you to type to confirm

Sam imports harbor-fund-q4.xlsx, 240 rows.

The header mapping preview: Full name to Name, Mobile to Phone, Org to Company, Email address to Email, Comments to Note.

12 rows match prospects already in Supafone by phone number, and are skipped. 228 are imported.

With all 228 selected, the bulk bar offers assign, round robin, set stage, add to deal and delete. Sam picks round robin.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

When can my team use it?

The Agentic Soft Dialer & CRM is open now. Sign in with your Supafone account and invite your team.

Do we need desk phones or a dialer box?

No. Reps call from the browser tab the CRM runs in, with a headset or the laptop’s own mic. Calls go out over Supafone’s carrier or your own Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo or SIP trunk, from local numbers that match each prospect’s area code.

What does auto form fill fill in?

Whatever your intake form asks. Upload a PDF, Word or JSON form, or paste one question per line, and Supafone turns it into fields: names, dates, places, yes or no, choices and free-text details. During the call each answer fills in from what is said. After the call a careful pass checks the whole conversation, and nothing goes to your CRM until someone on the team presses Send.

Is intake only for law firms?

No. It was built first for law-firm intake desks, which is why the examples talk about case types and retainers, but it works with any form: a clinic’s new-patient questions, a home-services job sheet or a sales qualification checklist.

Who decides a lead’s status?

After each call the AI files the lead by what happened on it, such as Moving forward, Docs sent, Callback scheduled or Not qualified, with the reason when someone doesn’t qualify. When a person sets a status, theirs always wins.

How do calls end up on the right record?

Every Supafone call is matched to the prospect whose phone number has the same last 10 digits, so +1 (555) 014-7781 and 555.014.7781 count as one number. The call attaches with its recording and summary, and a prospect who was Not called moves to Called.

Can reps see each other’s prospects?

Reps see the prospects they own plus every prospect in the deals they can work. When you invite someone you choose their role and which deals they get, and a five-step setup takes them from profile to recorded voicemail.

Make the calls. Skip the typing.
